A low, screaming line-drive that comes off the leading edge and flies much further along the ground than intended.
Shank
The ball shoots sharply and low to the right, hit off the hosel instead of the clubface.

Shank Around the Green
The ball squirts sharply right off the hosel on a chip or short pitch shot.
Putting
Pulling Putts left
The ball starts, or finishes, consistently left of the hole on putts that should be straightforward.
Pushing Putts right
Putts consistently start or finish right of the hole.
Missing Short Putts
Putts inside a few feet, the ones that "should" go in, keep missing, in different directions.
Distance Control

Inconsistent Bunker Distance
Contact feels acceptable, but bunker shots come up wildly short or fly the green entirely.
Ball Comes Out Low / Hits the Lip
The ball comes out on a low, flat trajectory and doesn't clear the front edge of the bunker.
