Pulling Putts left The ball starts, or finishes, consistently left of the hole on putts that should be straightforward. → Pushing Putts right Putts consistently start or finish right of the hole. → Missing Short Putts Putts inside a few feet, the ones that "should" go in, keep missing, in different directions. → Distance Control Putts consistently come up short, or blow well past the hole, even when the line looks good. → Yips / Twitchy Stroke An involuntary jerk or flinch in the hands during the stroke, especially on short putts. → Misreading Greens The stroke feels fine, but putts keep breaking more, less, or in a different direction than expected. →
